ProposalLead Generation & Marketing Growth · Auckland

A phased
plan to grow
enquiries.

Building on the audit findings, this proposal lays out a three-phase plan: lead generation now, a website rebuild next, and advanced search visibility once the foundation is ready.

Three phases
01 → 03
  • Phase 1Months 1 – 3
    Lead Generation Foundation
  • Phase 2Month 2 onward
    Website Rebuild
  • Phase 3After website is live
    Advanced GSEO
01
Opening note

Thanks for the opportunity to review the marketing position.

A short read of where CAMS Contractors sits today, and why the recommendation is phased.

CAMS Contractors has a useful and commercially relevant service offer for Auckland homeowners, landlords, property investors, and property managers. The business already has a live website, contact options, and a Facebook presence.

The audit shows that the main issue is not the quality of the service. It's that the current marketing foundation is too thin to support stronger lead generation, SEO, local SEO, and AI search visibility at full strength.

Why phased

Phase 1 focuses on practical lead generation through Meta ads, a dedicated landing page, lead follow-up, and consistent social. Phase 2 rebuilds the website properly. Phase 3 then builds advanced search visibility once the new website is ready.

02
Where things stand

Readiness score 45 / 100

A workable starting point, but not yet a strong digital marketing base. Here's what's working, and what's quietly holding things back.

What's working
  • Live website
  • Phone, email, and form enquiry options
  • Broad renovation and maintenance offer
  • Auckland is clearly the main service area
  • Facebook page exists
  • Relevant for homeowners, landlords, investors, property managers
What's holding things back
  • Website appears to rely too heavily on the homepage
  • Sitemap evidence suggests limited dedicated page depth
  • Main services do not appear to have strong individual service pages
  • Google Business Profile and review visibility not clearly confirmed
  • Trust proof, testimonials, and project proof need to be stronger
  • Tracking and conversion measurement need manual verification
  • Website is not yet the ideal destination for paid ad traffic
  • Local SEO, content depth, and AI search readiness need more work

The most urgent opportunity is to create a cleaner lead generation path while the larger website rebuild is planned. Paid traffic should not be pushed straight to a weak conversion path — a dedicated landing page gives the campaign a better chance of turning interest into enquiries.

03
Recommended solution

A three-phase plan, in the right order.

Each phase sets up the next. Skipping ahead to heavy SEO before the website is rebuilt would waste budget.

01Months 1 – 3
Phase 1

Lead Generation Foundation

Generate enquiries in Auckland using Facebook and Instagram advertising, supported by a custom landing page, lead funnel, follow-up emails, and ongoing social media content.

Practical starting point. Builds lead flow while improving trust and visibility.

02Month 2 onward
Phase 2

Website Rebuild

A full overhaul before heavier SEO, local SEO, and GSEO work can deliver proper value. Modern, mobile-friendly, conversion-focused, locally relevant, and structured around CAMS Contractors' core services.

Creates the foundation needed for serious search visibility work.

03After website is live
Phase 3

Advanced GSEO

SEO, local SEO, GSEO, AI search visibility, service-page optimisation, Auckland-focused content, Google Business Profile support, and ongoing reporting.

Long-term visibility growth, only once the website foundation supports it.

04
